  • Full-fledged sheet metal processing shop installed with all the necessary machines including state-of-the-art CNC machines makes the company a true manufacturer of switchgear and not an assembler.
  • Switchboards manufactured out of high-quality Electro Galvanized Sheet Steel (EGSS) imported from the most reputed mills in the world. Panels made out of EGSS withstand corrosion and sand blasting effects of tough climatic conditions of Middle East.
  • Right from the shearing operation till the buffing operation, high standards of process quality are maintained by the highly skilled team of operators under the guidance of qualified QA/QC Engineers.
  • Pre-treatment is done by cleaning the product with the help of liquid chemicals to make the metal surface free from traces of dust, oil, grease and rust, to ensure good adhesion of powder while coating.
  • After necessary pre-treatment, the panels are powder coated in in-house automated High Precision Powder Coating Booths and oven baked at 250°C. This ensures minimum paint thickness, no rusting and scratch resistant painting of panels.

  • Separate busbar fabrication shop equipped with modern machines.
  • Tinned busbar is used for better connectivity and providing protection against corrosion.
  • Complete busbar processing of punching, cutting, shearing & bending is done using the state-of-the-art CNC machines to maintain finest quality standards and accuracy with robust design in compact switchboards.
  • Finest quality of copper is imported from the different parts of the world to maintain Ascon quality standards up to the mark. Copper used by Ascon for busbar assembly is 99.9% pure verified by different quality tests performed within Ascon premises under the guidance of qualified QA/QC Engineers.
