Ascon is equipped with latest machineries and tools such as cutting, punching, shearing and bending machines, grinding equipment, etc. for fabrication of the panels. High quality sheet metals are imported from most reputed mills and certified by independent agencies.

Shearing and bending is done with computer controlled machines, to achieve the optimum accuracy. Each and every fabricated piece is verified against detailed fabrication drawing at every stage before releasing for the next operation. When final product is fabricated, it has to again undergo for detailed quality verification against customer approved drawing before releasing for painting / next operation.
